Optimum Signs recently completed a custom signage and environmental graphics project for Interstate Parking at the luxury 7Seventy7 apartment tower in downtown Milwaukee. The project included professionally produced parking signage and large-format wall graphics designed to improve wayfinding, enhance the parking experience, and create a visually engaging environment throughout the facility.

As one of Milwaukee’s premier residential high-rise developments, 7Seventy7 welcomes residents, guests, and visitors daily. Clear directional signage and professionally designed graphics are essential for helping drivers navigate the parking structure efficiently while reinforcing a clean, modern appearance. Optimum Signs fabricated and installed custom parking signs that provide clear guidance, improve traffic flow, and help visitors easily locate entrances, exits, and designated parking areas.

In addition to the parking signage, the project featured custom wall graphics that transformed ordinary surfaces into branded visual elements. Using high-resolution printing and durable materials, the graphics added color, character, and visual interest while helping create a more welcoming environment within the parking facility. Environmental graphics are an excellent way to enhance large spaces, improve orientation, and elevate the overall customer experience.

Every component of the project was produced using premium materials designed to withstand the demands of a high-traffic parking environment. The combination of durable signage and professionally installed wall graphics creates a cohesive appearance that reflects the quality and sophistication of the 7Seventy7 property.

This project demonstrates how effective wayfinding signage and environmental graphics can work together to improve functionality while strengthening the visual identity of a property. By combining practical navigation solutions with impactful graphics, Interstate Parking and 7Seventy7 created a parking environment that is both efficient and visually appealing.
